You only live once is the 2nd book written by Stuti Changle. It is based on work of fiction. An inspiring story about love, passion and friendship.
The story has three characters Alara from Prague, Czech Republic, Aarav from Pune and Ricky from Goa. They are completely different characters situated in different locations but yet somehow they are connected through a common string.
About The Author
Stuti Changle is the best selling author of the much loved books ‘On the Open Road’ and ‘You Only Live Once’. She is on a mission to inspire people by sharing life changing stories. About The Story
The story begins with three characters we talked about earlier. Alara a YouTube singer, Aarav a struggling stand up comedian and Ricky a former guitarist now The Beach Shack owner in Goa.
Alara is a YouTube singer just like her mother Elisha who wish to meet her mother someday. she lives with his father in Czech but her desire to meet her mother was so powerful she travelled all the way from Czech to Goa with a hope that she will find her mother.
Aarav is a struggling stand up comedian who wish to build his own platform but he was under a great family pressure as he was working in reputed company and his family did not want him leave the job.
Ricky is the owner of Beach Shack who used play guitar along side with Elisha as he was the member of Elisha’s troops and also he was in love with Elisha but you know life doesn’t give you what you want.
When Alara arrived in Goa she met Parvati who followed her music, they all became friends and started inquiring about Elisha.
Twenty Years later three people were looking for Elisha, One is dying to meet her again. The other one wishes that she had never met them. And the third one wishes to meet her atleast once.
My Review
Now I guess you may know who the common string is. This is an exquisitely amazing story which tells you to follow your passion and even if you are dead you are alive in the hearts of others through your good work.
I genuinely liked this book. The author has succinctly expressed her thoughts. It is filled with emotions and it was really good to read such a heartwarming end to the story.
It is not going to be easy, you will need a release at some point in your life. The choice between tears and sweat will make all the difference.
